The Artist: Best Non-Teachable Build (2022)
With the power to injure survivors from a distance with her Birds of Torment, The Artist thrives by knowing Survivors’ locations to mark and down them with her crows. By maintaining pressure on Survivors and keeping generators regressing, this build can slow the game down long enough for a brutal endgame.
Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance (The Artist) – Upon hooking a Survivor on one of 4 randomly placed white hooks, the generator with the most progress loses 15% progress and begins to regress. Bitter Murmur (General Perk) – Each time a generator is completed, the auras of Survivors within 16 meters of that generator are revealed for 5 seconds. Once the last generator is complete, all Survivors’ auras are revealed for 10 seconds. Jolt (General Perk) – Downing a Survivor causes all generators within a 32-meter radius to lose 8% progress. Hex: No One Escapes Death (General Perk) – After the final generator is completed, all survivors suffer from the Exposed status ailment and users gain a 4% Haste effect until the Hex Totem is cleansed.

This build similarly focuses on generator pressure and finding Survivor locations to force them from generators, preventing them from being worked on by blocking them with Dead By Daylight’s Entity. Barbecue & Chili (The Cannibal) – After hooking a Survivor, the aura of all other Survivors further than 40 meters from the hook are revealed for 4 seconds. Call of Brine (The Onryo) – After kicking a generator, over the next 60 seconds it will regress at 200% normal speed, and each time a Survivor completes a skill check on it users will receive a noise notification.
